Brazil: Daterra Yellow Aramosa Bv31
Summary
A rare Brazilian coffee from Daterra Coffee in Cerrado Mineiro, grown at 1150 m. The Yellow Aramosa variety is a cross between Coffea arabica and Coffea racemosa, naturally low in caffeine — about half that of a typical Arabica. Processed as an anaerobic natural with roughly 72 hours of fermentation in sealed tanks followed by slow drying on raised beds. In the cup it shows green grape and green apple with magnolia florals, a honeyed finish and a silky body. Recommended for both filter and espresso.
