This lot is a mix of 12 different cultivars including Comun, Ethiopian Landrace, Columnaris, Semperflorens, Wush Wush and Sudan Rumé. The coffee undergoes a washed process with selective hand picking, 14-16 hour fermentation, washing and soaking, then dried on shaded beds for 20-25 days. Flavour notes include herbal, floral, red berries and stone fruit.
