Finca El Puente Geisha
Summary
This coffee comes from Finca el Puente in Honduras, produced by Marysabel Caballero and Moises Herrera in the Chinacla, La Paz region. It is a washed Geisha variety coffee with flavour notes of sweet mandarin, jasmine and honey. Harvested in March-April 2025, this award-winning Honduran Geisha offers a floral and citric cup profile with a heavier mouthfeel than Panamanian Geishas and a subtle herbal finish. The coffee is lightly roasted and recommended for filter brewing methods such as V60.
