Black Condor
Summary
Black Condor is a washed coffee from the Tolima region of Colombia, produced by the Black Condor Project, established in 2019 in Gaitania by export partners Forest Coffee together with local growers. The project's mill works with producers from more than 15 villages. Varieties are Caturra and Castillo, grown at 1800 m. After a 24-hour mucilage stage, the beans are dried on patios for 15 to 25 days. The cup is juicy and balanced with blackberry, red grape and fig over a rich cacao-like finish, with balanced acidity and sweet dried fruit.
