Summary

Single-origin Ethiopian filter coffee from the Guji region, produced by around 50 smallholder farmers delivering ripe cherries to the Bishan Wate Washing Station near the Wate River. Ethiopian heirloom variety grown at 1900-2350 masl. Special Prep washed process: cherries are floated, depulped and washed, followed by a 48-hour fermentation and drying on raised beds for about 21 days. A "Premium" day lot with roughly 90% perfectly ripe cherries. Layered and intense cup with notes of bergamot, candied orange and chamomile, very sweet.
