Summary

Colombia, Ethiopia and Brazil · mostly washed and natural lots

Swerl Coffee Roasters is a Swedish specialty coffee roaster working with vibrant single-origin beans from Brazil, Colombia, and Kenya. Their lineup runs from washed Sidra with lychee and star fruit to inoculated anaerobic naturals with lemongrass and Sichuan pepper — these folks clearly love exploring the outer limits of flavor. Both filter and espresso roasts are on offer, plus an 'Odd Bean & Test Roast' series for the curious. A monthly subscription lets you follow the seasons through thoughtfully sourced coffees. Swerl also hosts AeroPress Championship events, building more than just a roastery — it's a community for the caffeinated and curious. Free shipping within Sweden on orders over 550 SEK.
