This Caturra variety undergoes an advanced washed process with a 36-hour pre-fermentation, anaerobic fermentation, and enzymatic treatment. The cup is floral and fresh with notes of orange, sage, rosewater, and a delicate hint of coriander seed, carried by rose and citrus freshness.
