Don Lino is a washed SL-28 coffee from Finca Betania in southern Huila, Colombia, produced by Linarco Rodriguez (Don Lino), part of a network of 117 smallholder producers using traditional, chemical-free farming. Cherries are selectively hand-picked, depulped, and fermented anaerobically for 32 hours before washing and drying on African raised beds for 20-25 days.
