Summary

Colombian coffee from Finca Santa Lucia in Huila, produced by Yiver Vargas, Diana Avirama and Lino Rodriguez. Pink Bourbon variety grown at 1600-1700 m and processed as Natural: cherries oxidised for 48 hours, then fermented in plastic bags for 72 hours before natural drying. Tasting notes of strawberry, lemongrass and floral. Aromatic and complex, with strawberry and red fruit at lower extraction moving toward melon and yellow florals at higher extraction. Suited to Kalita and V60 brewing.
