Solstice is a seasonal summer blend from Coaltown Coffee, combining three distinct lots from Colombia and El Salvador. It includes Finca Monte Blanco (Colombia, Caturra/Bourbon varieties, 190hr fermentation, 1750m), Finca Serbia (El Salvador, Caturra/Catuai varieties, washed process, 1000m), and La Cabana (Colombia, Gesha/Pink Bourbon/Caturra varieties, 120hr extended fermentation, 1700-1800m). Flavour notes include watermelon, pear, and vanilla. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
