Single-origin Tanzanian Geisha AA from Acacia Hills farm, produced by Leon Christianakis, grown at 1,750–1,950 masl. Fully washed: de-pulped in the evening, open fermented 12–13 hours with regular checks, then washed and graded to separate P1, P2 and floaters, and dried 13–16 days on beds to 12% moisture. Sensory notes of jasmine, white roses, mandarine, vanilla and caramel. This lot was used by the roaster in the Portuguese Aeropress Championship selection.
