Velvet Berry

Summary

Velvet Berry is a natural Chiroso coffee from producer Jairo Arcila, grown at 1,800–2,000 masl on the Buenos Aires farm in Antioquia, Colombia. The cherries are hand-picked, floated and hand-sorted, then undergo a 45-hour aerobic fermentation and are slowly dried on raised beds under controlled greenhouse conditions. The cup is fruit-forward with raspberry and boysenberry, followed by vanilla and a smooth creamy sweetness, finishing clean and elegant.
