Golden Hour | Colombian Decaf
Summary
Golden Hour is a decaffeinated single-origin coffee from Samaria Farm in Belén de Umbría, Risaralda, Colombia. Grown at 1,500–1,800 masl, this Caturra lot undergoes a traditional washed process with a 12-hour fermentation before being naturally decaffeinated at Descafecol in Tolima using the sugarcane (EA) method. Roasted medium, it delivers notes of dark chocolate, brown sugar, honeycomb and malt biscuit with a smooth body, gentle sweetness and a clean, balanced finish.
