Citrus Bloom | Steeped Coffee Bags
Summary
A washed Kenyan AB coffee from the Githembe Coffee Factory, operated by the Thirika Farmers Co-operative Society in Kiambu County, about 47 km northwest of Nairobi, grown at roughly 1,800 masl under Grevillea and indigenous shade trees in red volcanic soils. Varieties SL28, SL34, Ruiru 11 and Batian, slowly sun-dried on tables. In the cup: sweet orange and juicy mandarin up front, a lively yuzu citrus hit and delicate jasmine florals through a clean, elegant finish. Light roast, packaged as steeped coffee bags.
