It is made from Caturra and Castillo varieties, fully washed and decaffeinated using ethyl acetate (sugarcane decaffeination). The flavour profile offers bitter notes like black tea, juicy sweetness like mandarin, creamy body like butterscotch, along with intense aromas of dark chocolate and red wine, mellow sweetness of pear and plums, and heavy body like dark chocolate. Available in 250g, 500g, and 1kg bags.
