Summary
A decaf filter coffee from Finca Los Nogales in the Huila region of Colombia, grown at 1770 masl. The coffee is a Castillo and Caturra variety, processed using washed method followed by H2O decaffeination fermented with Mosto. Flavour notes include passion fruit, papaya, raspberry, and white tea. A sweet, full-bodied fruit bomb with vibrant acidity and clean cup profile.
