Summary
This rare Ombligon variety from Finca Villa Betulia in Acevedo, Huila, Colombia, produced by Luis Aníbal Calderón, was processed with 100 hours of anaerobic fermentation before natural sun-drying. It offers a juicy, sweet cup with notes of tropical fruits, cherry, prune, floral and panela sugar, and a delicate herbal finish.

- 2.Insert paper filter into the brewer and add 100ml of water to soak it and make it suit the brewer better.
- 3.Add coffee and gently distribute it evenly.
