Summary
This Colombian coffee from Antioquia's El Encanto farm, produced by Juan Saldarriaga, is made from Colombia, Tabi, and Castillo varieties. Processed using natural extended fermentation with up to 48-hour fermentation, it offers a rich, sweet profile with notes of strawberry jam, port wine, raisin, and chocolate, plus dark fruits and rosewater. Grown at 1,400–1,800 meters above sea level.

- 1.Prepare a vessel, scale, paper filter, and chosen brewer. Grind 18g of coffee.
- 2.Insert paper filter into the brewer and add 100ml of water to wet the filter.
- 3.Add the ground coffee to the filter and distribute it evenly.

- 9.When the water has passed through the coffee bed, remove the brewer and enjoy.
