Colombia Pueblo Nuevo Lavado Espresso
Summary
Colombia Pueblo Nuevo is a washed specialty coffee from 35 smallholder producers in Ortega, Tolima, members of the Café Agrario association. Grown at 1830 meters above sea level, the Castillo and Caturra varieties are hand-picked, fermented for 24 hours, washed three times, and sun-dried on African beds. The cup offers plum, sugar cane, and honey notes, with balanced acidity and a silky body.
