Arsosala -ethiopia
Summary
This washed coffee from the Guji zone in Ethiopia comes from the farm of Mr. Ocholo Bedecho, who cultivates 8 hectares in the Urga district. Grown at 2300 masl in rich red highland soils, the coffee is a blend of native heirloom Ethiopian cultivars. After harvesting, cherries are depulped the same day and fermented for 8-12 hours before being washed and dried on raised beds for up to 15 days. The cup is clean and precise, with notes of apple blossom, jasmine, and dry pear.
