Colombian single-origin coffee from La Riviera farm in Santa Rosa de Cabal, Risaralda, cultivated at 1,750 meters elevation. Produced by Julio Madrid and Julio Quiceno using ecological farming practices. Sudan Rume variety processed using anaerobic washed method with 36 hours of limited oxygen fermentation, followed by depulp and channel washing, then raised-bed dried for approximately twenty days. Roasted ultra light by Onyx Coffee Lab. Flavour profile includes lychee, pineapple, floral, honey, and vanilla. Suitable for both filter and espresso extraction. Cup score of 87.
