Colombian single-origin coffee from second-generation producer Juan Jimenez and his farm El Porvenir in Palestina, Huila. Grown at 1800 MASL. Pink Bourbon variety. Processed using the Dry Washed method: depulped, dry fermented for 24 hours, channel washed, and dried on raised beds for approximately 15 days. Tasting notes include grapefruit, sweet lemon, brown sugar, and confectioners sugar with structured acidity. Cupping score of 87. Suitable for both filter and espresso preparation.
