A washed Gesha coffee from Colombia, part of the Fellow Farms project that works with small producers in Huila and Cauca. Processed at Finca La Inmaculada with cherries selected by flotation, electronic sorting, and manual selection before pulping and controlled drying for 15 days. Flavour profile includes floral notes of roses, tropical lychee, candied orange, cocoa powder, syrup, and green grapes. Offers a creamy body with honey-like acidity and a long, pleasant finish with rose petal aftertaste.
