Centroamericano Natural Anaeróbico
Summary
Single-origin Costa Rican coffee from the Aquiares farm, owned by Diego Robelo and his family, on the slopes of the Turrialba volcano. The Centroamericano variety is grown at 1200-1400 masl and processed as a natural anaerobic fermentation, with the cherries sealed in tanks with must until pH 4.3, then dried in the sun on ceramic floors and raised African beds. Complex and wild profile with creamy, fruity notes: forest fruits, cherries and cacao nibs in fragrance, grapes and tamarind in the cup, velvety body, vinous acidity and an elegant cocoa powder finish.
