Summary
Single-lot Peruvian coffee from producer Alipio Palomino, grown at 2,150 m in Pacaybamba, Valle de Incahuasi, Cusco. Fully washed: cherries are hand-picked, floated, depulped and fermented dry in their own mucilage for 36 hours, then washed and dried on raised beds for 10 days. Floral, sweet and fruity profile with orange blossom, sultana raisin and white chocolate, ripe fruit, milk chocolate and dried apricots, syrupy body and honeyed acidity.
