
Seasonal Decaf Medium Dark Roast
Summary
A single origin decaf specialty coffee from Colombia, sourced from smallholder farms in Cauca, Nariño, Huila, Tolima and Coffee Axis regions. Grown at 1450-2100 metres above sea level, it is fully washed and decaffeinated using the Ethyl Acetate (EA) process. Varieties include Caturra, Colombia, Castillo and Catimor. Roasted to a medium-dark level, offering rich notes of chocolate and dried fruit with a lingering natural sweetness. Well balanced with a medium to full body. Suitable for all brewing methods including espresso, pour over, V60, Aeropress, cafetiere and stovetop.
