Brazil Donas de Café is a single-origin coffee from the Cerrado Mineiro region of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Produced by a collective of women coffee farmers (Donas de Café - 'Ladies of Coffee'), this coffee is grown at 1,050–1,200 metres altitude. Cultivars include Yellow Bourbon and Mundo Novo. The coffee is naturally processed (dry method) and roasted medium-dark. Flavour notes: roasted nuts, dark chocolate, and honey sweetness. Full-bodied with a velvety, creamy texture. Suitable for all brewing methods including espresso, pour-over, and cafetière.
