Summary
Single origin Ethiopian coffee from Bensa in the Sidama region, grown at 2,100-2,200 metres. Naturally processed, with whole cherries dried on raised beds for around 20 days. Light roast with a juicy, silky body and clean, lingering finish. Flavour notes of sweet blueberry, tropical fruit and a floral bergamot finish. Works well for filter, pour over, AeroPress and cafetière, and as a bright, fruity espresso.
