Ethiopia - Sidama Rumudamo
Summary
Single origin natural process Ethiopian coffee from the Rumudamo Washing Station in the Arbegona woreda of Sidama, owned by Asefa Dukamo and run with exporters Daye Bensa. Around 600 smallholder producers, each farming under 5 hectares, hand-deliver cherries grown at 1,920 to 2,330 metres. The coffee is a mix of JARC Selection 74112 and heirloom varietals, dried on raised beds for 12 to 15 days. Light roast with a silky, syrupy body and bright, juicy acidity; notes of jasmine, vanilla, jammy plum and stewed fruit with a wine-like finish. Good for all brewing methods.
