Brazil - Fazenda Dois Irmãos
Summary
A single-origin coffee from Fazenda Dois Irmãos in the Cerrado Mineiro region of Brazil, produced by the Baracat Sanchez family. The Red Catuaí variety is naturally processed and grown at 1,100–1,200 metres above sea level. Roasted medium-dark, it offers a smooth, velvety body with flavours of silky milk chocolate, rich cacao, and soft dried fruit sweetness. Works well black or with milk, across various brewing methods.
