Summary
A single origin Colombian decaf coffee from smallholder farms in Cauca, Nariño, Huila, Tolima and Coffee Axis regions, grown at 1450-2100m altitude. Varieties include Caturra, Colombia, Castillo and Catimor. Fully washed and decaffeinated using the Ethyl Acetate (sugar cane) process. Light-medium roast with a flavour profile of milk chocolate, caramel, hazelnut and dried apricot with a bright, clean finish. Suitable for filter brewing methods such as pour over, V60, Aeropress and cafetiere.
