The Hay Espresso is a signature espresso blend by Method Coffee Roasters. It combines coffees from Brazil (Sitio Da Torre, Mantiqueira), Colombia (La Sierra, Cundinamarca), and Ethiopia (Koke, Sidamo). Processed using pulped natural and washed methods. Grown at 1100-1950 MASL. Tasting notes include chocolate, caramel, citrus, hazelnut, orange, molasses, sweet mandarin and fruit. Designed for espresso but works across all brew methods. A well-balanced blend with smooth chocolatey flavour, caramel sweetness and citrus notes, great with milk.
