Summary

ChuCho Blend is a seasonal blend of specialty coffees from Central and South America. Components include a natural processed coffee from Marcio Carvalho's Rancho Sao Benedito in Mantiqueira, Brazil (Yellow Bourbon, Catuai, Catucai varieties) and a washed coffee from Los Amigos growers of Co-op Frontera in San Ignacio, Peru, along with coffee from Agricole Co-operative in Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Flavour profile features chocolate, red berry and citrus with full body, good sweetness and mellow acidity. Suitable for all brew methods including espresso and filter.
