Method Roastery

Method Roastery is a specialty coffee roaster based in Worcester, UK, with a sharp focus on provenance and traceability. They source single-origin coffees from specialist farms and co-operatives, prioritising ethical relationships and quality over volume. Their roastery, cafe, and retail space all live under one roof near Foregate Street station — open Thursday through Sunday for those who want to drink where it's roasted. They offer a Roasters Choice subscription for regular deliveries, plus brew kits and courses for the home enthusiast. The team travels to origin, buying microlots and building direct partnerships. Thoughtful sourcing, a small-but-serious setup, and coffee that tells you where it's from.
