This Geisha variety undergoes a nitrogen macerated natural anaerobic process, with cherries slowly dried for up to 30 days. The cup is complex with a syrupy mouthfeel and notes of sweet peach tarts, lychee, brown sugar sweetness and fine floral notes. Cupping score 93.
