Panama, Ecuador and Brazil · mostly washed and natural lots

LF Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster based in Wedel, Germany, founded by Tanja and Alex, who bonded over their love of extraordinary coffee. They travel to origin to build long-term relationships with some of the world's best farms, buying seasonal micro- and nanolots and paying a multiple of Fairtrade prices—up to eighty times for their premium picks. Back home, they protect freshness with a climate-controlled bean humi-dor and sort meticulously, then roast each coffee individually for maximum sweetness and character. It's straightforward, meticulous sourcing and roasting designed to pull every bit of flavor from each bean. Expect clean, expressive single origins that shine in the cup.
