Summary
Limitless is a Geisha variety coffee from Finca Deborah in Volcàn, Panama, produced by Jamison Savage. The ripe cherries undergo a 50-hour controlled fermentation in argon-infused stainless steel tanks, then are dried on a three-tiered bed system. Tasting notes of jasmine honey, ripe papaya, and a lingering green tea finish. Grown at 1950m.
