Horizon Geisha · Finca Deborah
Summary
Horizon Geisha is a single-origin light-roasted coffee from Finca Deborah in Volcán, Panama, produced by Jamison Savage. The Geisha variety underwent natural yeast processing: ripe cherries were fermented with a yeast inoculum in sealed stainless steel tanks for over 100 hours, then dried on shaded raised beds for about 12 days. The cup offers sweet dark fruit, delicate champagne-like acidity, vibrant floral aromas and jasmine, with an intense mouthfeel. Grown at 1950m. Cupping score 92.5. Harvest 2025.
