Summary
Elipse Geisha is a light-roasted Geisha coffee from Volcán, Panama, produced by Jamison Savage at Finca Deborah, grown at 1,950 m. The processing is natural nitrogen macerated: whole cherries are fermented in nitrogen-filled tanks for about 50 hours, then washed and shade-dried on multi-tier beds. The cup is elegant and floral, with rose, jasmine, rich sweetness and gentle raspberry acidity. Cupping score 92.
