Single-origin specialty coffee from Colombia, Finca Los Nogales farm owned by Oscar Hernandez, located in Bruselas, Huila region at 1900 m altitude. The Colombia variety undergoes a washed process with mosto fermentation (fermented in coffee cherry juice), resulting in a light roast. Flavour notes: peach, dried pineapple, lime, milk chocolate. The farm's founder won the Colombian Cup of Excellence in 2006. Recommended for filter brewing methods.
