Single-origin specialty coffee from Finca Los Nogales in Bruselas, Huila, Colombia, produced by Oscar Hernandez. Grown at 1900 m a.s.l., Typica variety, processed with a washed method and experimental mosto fermentation (beans fermented for 120 hours in juice pressed from coffee fruit skins, then sun-dried for 15 days). Light roast intended for filter brewing (Drip, Chemex, Aeropress). Sensory profile: mango, melon, gooseberry with intense fruitiness and high sweetness. The farm's founder Ricaurte Hernandez won the Colombian Cup of Excellence in 2006.
