The coffee is composed of carefully selected lots of SL-24, SL-28, Ruiru 11, Batian, and K7 varieties from various farms in Kirinyaga and Kiambu. It features a light roast with a sensory profile of lemons, berries, rhubarb, and tomatoes, with a lively citric acidity and velvety body. Scored 87 points in cupping. Recommended for filter brewing methods such as Drip, Chemex, and Aeropress.
