Costa Rica Mirazu Black Honey
Summary
Specialty coffee from Costa Rica, grown at the Mirazu farm in the Tarrazu region at 1600 m. The Caturra variety is processed using the Black Honey method, in which all of the mucilage and part of the fruit remain intact while the beans dry under plastic sheeting, turned only once every 24 hours. The result is a full, sweet cup with fruity depth and notes of forest honey, papaya and linden flower. Roasted light and intended for drip, Chemex and Aeropress brewing. Rated 87.5 points by SCA.
