The farm grows Caturra, Tabi and young Pink Bourbon trees, organically with no chemical fertilisers or pesticides. This lot is a Caturra cultivar, hand-picked and sorted, fermented for 36-48 hours with wet fermentation and dried on raised beds. Flavour notes include dark chocolate, caramel and berries.
