Summary

A competition coffee from Colombia's Quindio region, grown at 1950 masl on the Jardines del Eden farm. The lot is of the Java variety and processed using natural method with 45-hour aerobic fermentation, followed by 8-12 days of slow drying on raised beds. Roasted as omniroast, suitable for both espresso and filter. Flavour profile includes passion fruit, lychee, cherry blossoms, and cacao nibs.
