Kmen

Kmen is a specialty coffee roaster based in South Bohemia, working out of České Budějovice and Prachatice. They roast every Tuesday through Thursday, turning out a tight, rotating lineup of single origins and blends for both espresso and filter. Their philosophy is simple: coffee is fruit—sweet, juicy, fragrant, and always different. No dogma here. They respect that your taste isn't theirs, and chase sustainability across the whole journey from seed to cup. The "kmen" (tribe) connects people who feel the same way. They offer a subscription to keep your grinder stocked, run barista courses at their training center, and pop up at cafe takeovers and events around the country.
