Hacienda San Isidro
Summary
Hacienda San Isidro is a family project by producer Johel Monge in the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica. The farm reaches altitudes up to 2,100 meters and grows the Geisha variety. This lot is processed using the honey method, where the skin is removed but some mucilage remains during drying. The cup profile features kumquats, yellow peaches, jasmine, and rose petals. The farm has been recognized with a first place in the Cup of Excellence competition. Suitable for filter brewing.
