Single-origin specialty coffee from Colombia, grown by producer Nestor Lasso at El Diviso farm, in Pitalito, Huila region, at 1850m altitude. The coffee is of the Typica Mejorado variety and processed using a natural anaerobic thermal shock method involving oxidation, anaerobic fermentation, submerged fermentation with juice recirculation and a thermal shock to stop fermentation. Flavour notes include watermelon, melon, cherry and tropical fruits. Available as a 250g bag, roasted for filter brewing.
