A specialty coffee from Colombia, produced by Aroma Nativo in the Acevedo-Huila region. The Pink Bourbon variety undergoes a honey double fermentation process, with anaerobic fermentation followed by depulping and barrel fermentation with indigenous bacteria and specific yeast strains. Dried on raised beds for 29 days with a 2-month stabilization period. Flavour notes include peach, apricot, guava, floral and citrus.
