Pink Bourbon is a mutation of Bourbon with a delicate pink color. Naturally processed: whole cherries dried for over 30 days on African beds with additional fermentation. Flavour notes include blackcurrant, red grapes, dark chocolate, red wine and stone fruit. Vibrant body, dominant sweetness, tart and fruity acidity.
